BR Series Coilovers

Our BR model is perfect for street driving and occasional road course duty. With easily accessible adjustment knobs for fine tuning your compression/rebound and separately adjustable ride height, having a performance coilover system couldn.t be any easier. You choose how low or high you want your vehicle, no preset ride height here, and our patented concave lower locking ring keeps it locked in. All of our systems come with pillowball mounts to provide the most feedback possible from your suspension and to sharpen your steering response. BC.s available front and rear camber plates also allow you to get the perfect alignment setup without compromise. All this while providing a strong, attractive looking coilover system.

Full BR Series Front and Rear BR kit for Lbody

This includes custom front top plates to adapt the front struts.
(Requires 89-94 GJKHPA body spindles and/or custom spindle spacers)
The Kit also includes custom rear hardware to adapt the rear shocks.




This custom kit requires special handling charges are added by BC and are included in the shipping costs.

The Kit does not include rear shock body isolators. Stock rubber bushings can be used or they can be upgraded to polyurethane isolators which are available from polybushings.com.

The BC components are drop shipped directly from BC and the custom components are shipped seperately.

Full BC Coilover kit for GJKHPA body cars (Daytona/Laser, Lebaron, Kcar, Lacer/Lebaron(GTS),Shadow/Sundance, Spirit/Acclaim, etc)


This includes custom front top plates to adapt the front struts.
It also includes bolt on rear height adjustable spring mounts for the rear shocks.
The rear shocks require a 1/2" hole to be drilled in spring pad of the rear axle to mount the spring height adjusters.

Rear springs require removal of the stock bumpstop which will now be placed on the shock instead.

Requires narrowing of the adjuster side rear bushing sleeve to stock width.
This can be done with a hacksaw. Cut-off wheels should not be used because the heat generated would damage the bushing.

The top spring mounting is in the stock location with the bumpstop removed.
A new Polybushigns.com (part 1079) top isolator which is not included is recommended because the stock bushing will be distroted from the stock spring.

This kit includes custom top plates that replace the ones supplied by BC to fit the older car. They include recessed bolts and require no modifications to the strut towers.

BC Coilover Adapter Kit

They are designed to go between the top hat and the bearign plate to add an optional extra 1/2 inch of height

ER Series External Reservoir Coilovers

Our newest and most advanced model yet is the ER series coilover. It features large external reservoirs front and rear, separate rebound and compression adjustment and a twin piston design. The external reservoirs hold much more oil than the conventional coilover, allowing the coilover to operate for a much longer period of time before overheating. The external reservoirs also house the secondary piston, which allows for the fine tuning of compression. This is the perfect coilover system for the person who wants to fine tune there setup using the separate, 30-way, rebound and compression tuning dials.

Hybrid ER/BR Kits.

Using ER series front shocks with BR series rear shocks offers the best overall bang for the buck. The more critical front suspension uses the best possible parts where the rear is less critical allowing for the less expensive BR components to be used. This setup saves money compared to a full ER kit while gaining most of its advantages. Using Front ER and rear BR shocks is a very good setup on a FWD car given that the most critical dampening forces occur on the front of the car.

ER Kits are only available for selected applications and the shocks that fit for the Daytona Rear are not available in the ER series.
Using Front ER and rear BR shocks is a very good setup on a FWD car given that the most critical dampening forces occur on the front of the car. This is also more cost effective than a full ER setup even if it were available.

This includes custom front top plates to adapt the front struts.
It also includes bolt on rear height adjustable spring mounts for the rear shocks.
The rear shocks require a 1/2 inch hole to be drilled in spring pad of the rear axle to mount the spring height adjusters.
The rear shock top mounts require the bushing sleves to be cut to a narrower width with a hacksaw.
