BMW e70 Rear Cargo Shock and Bracket Kit
I am offering an e70 rear cargo lift shock and bracket kit as a retrofit for newer e70s that did not have this feature from the factory.BMW eliminated the cargo lift strut from wewer e70 X5s but fortunately left the bottom mount bal so that this kit can be easily retrofitted.
The bracket was designed as a direct replacement for and was "inspired by" the original unit.
I designed these brackets in a CAD tool and had them cut at a local waterjet shop as an alternative to the overpriced BMW bracket.
The lift support an aftermarket unit and comes with a 1 year warranty.

BMW e70 4.8i N62 OEM accessory pulleys
The e70 version of the N62 has a unique set of pulleys which apparently the aftermarket is not interested in supplying.I was able to source OEM pulleys for the main tensioner and the alternator tensioner at a good price and am now selling them.
I was not able find a good option for the main belt idler pulley but that can be found for about $60 online making it the least important one to source.
By replacing only the pulley a lot of money can be saved on these.
These are the same INA pulleys which were the OEM pulley for BMW. They come with a 1 year warranty.
